Membership Subscription Renewal

Yearly membership subscriptions can be paid from 1 May 2012 and are due by 30 June 2012.
Renewal options this year are:
     1 year   - $12.00 (Financial to 30/06/2013) or
     3 years - $25.00 (Financial to 30/06/2015)

Subscriptions can be paid: 

• in person at Reception during office hours
• over the phone: 02 6672 1388 by Eftpos/Credit Card, or
• online with BPAY: BSB: 062-580   Acc No: 28017259 (please use Member No as Ref)

YOU WILL RECEIVE VOUCHERS TO THE VALUE OF $15.00 WHEN YOU RENEW.
